Description
As I've said in my other Zero Suit Samus drawings, I prefer the 6'3" 198 pound buff version of Samus that she used to be prior to Other M's retcon. She's a friggin' intergalactic solo bounty hunter... she's not gonna be some scrawny girl.
When I set out to make this piece, I started with the Zero Suit half and then thought it would be fun to do my own take on the Justin Bailey outfit from the original Metroid. I kinda like how it turned out, though that boot always looks weird to me and I dunno how to fix it.

I agree with you. Samus should be buff, not just physically fit. She doesn't need to be bodybuilder buff, but decently cut would be nice. How you have her depicted here is great.
ZSS suffers from "comic book syndrome," where all the men can be extremely "Ahnold" buff, yet all the women are sexy and non-threatening. I think Power Girl and Marvel Woman may be the only women I've ever seen that have been depicted with a defined physique.
